Summer Reading Club

Summer Reading Club

The Summer Reading Club (SRC) is a program that encourages participants to read, play and try out new things during the school holidays. Kids aged 3-18 years can join. Every child who registers gets a free sign-up pack.

There are prizes to be won and lots of fun to be had. Every book, comic, graphic novel and eBook that is read (or read aloud to them) goes towards filling in their Reading Record. Once you have read 10 titles, hand in a completed Reading Record on the Beanstack Tracker app or in paper form to go in the running to win wonderful prizes.

Prizes include a Nintendo Switch Lite, $100 Big W vouchers and more, all generously donated by Friends of the Library - Kempsey. You’ll also receive your invitation to the wrap up party at Majestic Cinemas early February 2022.

Sign up your child to the SRC at your nearest Kempsey Shire Library branch. They will need to have their own library card and signing them up for a library card is easy. Simply bring your photo ID into your local branch.
